Our standard order processing time is 7-10 business days (M-F). We ship via 2-day priority mail within the US. Shipping carriers will require a signature for all deliveries.

We stand by our products but can only allow exchanges or returns for hair products that we can guarantee have not been used after leaving our premises. All sales are final.
